Rondo: Come None, Come All! To the Circus of Impure Abstraction! Are you ready to get confused?
Crowd: Woo! AAHHH! YEEAHHHH!
Rondo: Are you ready to get non-representational?
Some Abstract Shape in the front row: YEAH!
Rondo: For our first act…We have a dancing puppet! Give it up from Broccoli!
Broccoli (juggling four severed hands): Goodness me! My arms are full! I could use a hand.
Someone out of frame throws another severed hand at Broccoli.
Zoop!
Broccoli catches it and continues to juggle.
Broccoli: Nooo! A humorous misunderstandinghas occured!!!
The crowd laughs. A tomato is thrown at Broccoli’s face.
SPLAT!
The crowd laughs harder.
Broccoli looks into the audience to see who threw the tomato. Waffles has another one at the ready.
Broccoli: Very funny! I Suppose you wanna catch these hands?
Broccoli throws another tomato at Broccoli but they catch it in one hand. They eat it in a messy, gross, intimidating way.
CHOMP!
Rondo: Alright! Moving on! For our next act, we have a demon prince doing his interdimensionally infamous stand-up “comedy” routine.
Waffles: Hey, how yall doing tonight? Any of you guys every notice…Literal guys drive a car like this.
Waffles mimes driving a car.
Waffles: But non-representational guys drive a car like THIS!
Waffles shapeshifts into an icosahedron inside of a tetrahedron. The crowd goes wild.
Broccoli: That was terrible
Waffles: Say what you will about me, Poppet, but I know my audience.
Rondo: That’ll be a tough act to follow! Though I am told our next act is VERY GOD at following people! Give it up for the inscrutable mimic, the mindless thinker–Student!
A light illuminates Student on stage. They begin to burn, so Broccoli moves the spotlight out of the way. It now shines on a rat. Audience loves the rat. Student’s hands shapeshift to become white and articulated as they sit down to play the piano. They play a pretty song and everyone falls asleep.
Student: Broccoli
Broccoli: Eh?
Student: We did it. We saved everyone.
Broccoli: What?
Student: We saved them. Everything is ideal.
Broccoli: Student, you put everyone to sleep.
Rondo: GAAAAAAAAAH! This is an un-disaster! People come to my circus to get RATTLED! But you and your fancy fingers turned it into a total snooze-fest!
Student: Snooze…fest?
Broccoli: I’m sorry Rondo! I could eat another tomato if you–
Rondo: GET OUT OF MY CIRCUS NOW!

WOO SUPRISE UPDATE!! once again loving the art style, this one's so colourful and fun. and i knew student's idea of "polite and good" would probably contrast with broccoli. interested to see how that'll develop

WOW I'm at WORK and I read the comnic (good use of work tjme) and tgen I SLEEP the whole day becazse of STUDENT and now I'n fured and have no work but it was WORTH IT
